In case of manufacturing, importing and selling of the specified products, an indication of conformity to the technical standards designated in the Ministrial Ordinance should be attached.

1. In case of manufacturing, importing and selling of the specified products, an indication of conformity to the technical standards designated in the Ministrial Ordinance should be attached.

2. Manufacturers are allowed to put indications, by reporting, after confirming of conformity to technical standards based on their own test.

3. Of specified products, those which have been deemed insufficient for manufactures or importers to secure quality necessary to prevent danger to the general public are designated as special category of specified products. For these products, in addition to securing safety by own test, the test by the third-party testing body, registered based on the Law, is required
