| Details of Measures | It was explained that if business activities in large-scale retail stores are likely to affect considerably the business activities of small and medium scale retail stores in their surrounding district, they may be subject to adjustment as regard the shop area etc. and that such adjustment is nondiscriminatory whether the stores are connected with foreign firms or not. So far no notification to be made under the Law for the opening of stores has yet been made by the complainant. | ||
