Details of Measures | It was explained to the complainant that, when an application is made concerning the operation of a vehicle 1. concerning the vehicle safety, the relaxation of the standards i.e. gross vehicle weight (less than 20t), etc. can be approved if the safety of the structure and equipments of the vehicle is confirmed 2. concerning conservation of the structure of roads, the vehicle if it is the combination of a tractor and a trailer complying with the list of suitable vehicle combinations of marine container semi-trailer combined vehicles, and that further concerning the traffic safety, the operation of the vehicle will not be contrary to the regulations unless its load exceeds the maximum load mentioned in its motor vehicle inspection certificate (max. 24t has been approved to a 40-feet long chassis through relaxation under the item 1). |
