| Details of Measures | At our request, the complainant submitted new data and its ground with the comment that the data submitted initially was incorrect because it was based on the test in 1957. Receiving the new data, we tested the wine in question and also other wine produced in Europe at the Customs Central Laboratory by the method suggested by the complainant and obtained the data similar to that obtained by the method adopted in Japan. After checking our data, the complainant again submitted other new methods with new data and its ground for our consideration. As a result of another measuring by the method submitted by the complainant, the gas pressure due to CO2 of the wine in question was found to be less than 1kg/cm2. Therefore it was decided to deal with the wine as an ordinary one. |
