Explanation was made that "the standards for reconsideration (to cancel the designation) of specified articles" had already been set up in March, 1984, and the designation had been cancelled for the articles corresponding to these standards. 2. Reply was made that none of the present 8 designated articles satisfied "the standards" mentioned in 1. which prescribed the past records of the number of accidents, etc. as the requirements for canceling the designation, and we had no article of which designation could be cancelled now. |
