| Details of Measures | The complaint was based on the assumption that it was necessary for an importer of helium liquefying machines to ask the manufacture to newly prepare a manufacturer's inspection certificate and obtain the inspection certificate from a US official testing organ, as the machines were not subject to the high-pressure gas regulations in the US. But we informed the complainant that this product was also regulated in the US, and that inspection procedures were simple, as we accepted the manufacturer's inspection certificate data as well as the inspection certificates from US official testing organs. | ||
