Details of Measures | Explanation was made as follows: Concerning 1., 3. and 4. there is no problem in the max, working pressure standards and the use of safety valves, and the materials to be submitted are also simple, as the US ASME Standards are accepted. Concerning 2., the air tightness test is required as in various foreign countries, because high pressure vessels may break due to an accident during transportation, but the test does not damage the containers, as was claimed by the complainant. |
