Details of Measures | Explanation was made that pressure limit of aerosol products is not internationally regulated, but set up independently by each country, and that the Japanese standard (8.0 kg/cm² at 35°C) is not particularly severe compared with those of other countries. Tests showed that the anti-crime/disaster alarm in question had a pressure of 8.5 kg/cm² and therefore could not be exempted from the application of the regulations, but that it could be imported without any complicated procedures if the complainant verifies the safety of its container, etc. and applies for permission to import in accordance with the High Pressure Gas Control Law. | ||
