Reply was made to the complainant as follows: The Okinawa line Freight Conference reported to MOT that cost factors have increased steadily after they had filed the latest tariff in February, 1980; nevertheless they haven't raised the sea freight rate since then. The current tariff is considered to be reasonable. 2. Reply was made to the complainant as follows: The long shore stevedoring charges are determined by the approval procedure stipulated in the relevant law; therefore, the charges in Okinawa are to be proper. |
