Details of Measures It was explained that it is standard to perform all of the tests for such electrical devices together and, following the tests, to notify the applicant of all shortcomings and deficiencies at one time.
It was also explained that in this particular case, the attached electrical cord was clearly substandard, that this was pointed out to the applicant and the product returned with the request that this cord be brought up to par and a new submitted for testing, and that the inspections were still waiting for this new sample submitted for testing, and that the inspector were still waiting for this new sample. Every effort is made to conduct such testing and approval procedures with all due speed.
