| Details of Measures | It was replied that, although the impossibility of completing in half a day the work of import animal quarantine which should be done in the day of arrival makes it impossible to approve Saturday acceptances as a regular practice, efforts will be made to continue to accept animal on Saturdays when there are special extenuating circumstances, such as the difficultly of obtaining transport, that make Saturday arrival unavoidable and when it is possible to arrange for facilities and personnel concerned including importers to be available for Saturday acceptance. | ||
