| Details of Measures | It was explained that approval cannot be given for transporting medical products and other products into bonded areas before approval is received because even these bonded areas are subject to the regulative jurisdiction of the Pharmaceutical Affair Law, but that such transport and moving of the product out of the bonded area after receipt of approval will be approved in cases in which the product was shipped in the expectation that approval would be received before the cargo arrived yet the cargo arrived before approval was received, with the provision that future products be imported after receipt of approval and permission. | ||
