| Details of Measures | It was replied, in this particular case, that it is impossible for the petitioner to require a person, who sells the products to petitioner's ones, to discontinue the sale as design right infringement, or to seek other relief or even to request the Japanese Patent Office to interpret the scope of design right protection since no design registration under the Design Law has been made. It was further replied that the petitioner should quickly apply for registration under the Design Law so as to avoid similar situations in the future. |
