| Details of Measures | It was explained that under the terms of KDD's contract for international telegraph services and other services, international telegrams that arrive at the handling station before 19:00 will be delivered to the areas by certain ways specified in the contract the same day. The telegram that triggered this complaint was received on June 6, 1987 at the handling station before 19:00 but was not delivered until the next day because of selection mistake of a delivery mode. It was further explained that every effort will be made to ensure same-day delivery for international telegrams received at the handling station before 19:00 |
