Details of Measures | It is generally agreed that each country has the discretionary right to permit or deny entry of foreigners. The types of foreigners approved for entry are stipulated in the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, Section 4, Item 1. It was replied that the Ministry of Justice decides the entry of the chef in accordance with Section 4, Item 1, No. 13 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, under the classification of "a person who shall be engaged in skilled labour". |
