Details of Measures | When the Ministry of Labour explained the regulations for facilitating the acquisition of the type designation for foreign contractors and how these regulations are enforce (paragraph 1 of Article 44-2 of the Industrial Safety and Health Law and paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the Ordinance on Examination of Machines and Other Equipment), the complainant indicated that he understood the system's intent ((1) that it is necessary to inspect industrial safety helmets and (2) that inspection data will be accepted from foreign inspection agencies as designated by Ministry of Labour) and that he will submit the product for inspection. | ||
