| Details of Measures | A complaint was raised that the application for registration of a sort of plant made by a plant breeder in Germany via its agent (received on May 28, 1986) is still pending. About this case, an examiner from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries requested the complainant to submit the materials for the breeding history of this sort of plant when he went to Germany for filed survey in December 1987. It was replied that the examination was suspended as no such materials were submitted yet; it would resume as soon as they are presented to determine the adequacy of registration of this sort of plant. |
