| Details of Measures | 100hlorine-free, oxygen-bleached coffee filters are currently not included in the list of Ecomark products. In order to have this product added to the list, application procedures are necessary (the same applies when the standards for the product are changed). Addition of a product to the list begins with inspection after application would be made. The complainant was advised that the Ecomark secretariat had mishandled their application and that if they re-submit their application, it will be studied by the Ecomark Promotion Council following the usual procedure. At that time, the ministry wishes to provide an opportunity for both sides to thoroughly discuss the matter, including technical aspects. |
