Details of Measures | In the Ministerial Ordinance on Ingredient Specifications for Milk and Dairy Products, ice cream is defined as "a frozen food made from raw milk, cow's milk or special cow's milk or made from these processed ingredients, or containing these as the main ingredients." The complainant was advised that raw sheep's milk is not included in the above definition because at the time when specifications for ice cream were drawn up, no ice cream products were made from raw sheep's milk, and that changing the ministerial ordinance will be considered after actual conditions are studied. |
