The Moonshot International Symposium
The Government of Japan announced the establishment of the Moonshot Research and Development Program in 2018 with the aim to develop radical solutions for difficult societal issues of various kinds. The Moonshot R&D Program aims to orchestrate challenging research and development to achieve Moonshot Goals for the program by gathering the wisdom of scientists from around the world.
The Government of Japan, Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) and New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) are organizing the Moonshot International Symposium to discuss innovative program management of Moonshot research and to examine the Moonshot Goals by collecting world’s brightest wisdom.
