８月２１日の日誌

　８月５日、海外参加者は８月６日にこのプログラムが始まってから、既に１７日間が過ぎていきました。最初はとても長いと思っていたけれど、残り２日となりました。信じられないはやさで時間が経っていったので、正直あと２日と言われても全く自覚できないくらいです。
　この１７日間は毎日が充実していて、とても楽しかったです。みんなで力を合わせて１位をとることができたハーリー体験、渡嘉敷島でみんなと見た星空、伊江島での民泊体験、とても盛り上がった文化発表、毛利さんや大平さんなど様々な方からのレクチャー、数え切れないほど多くの思い出ができました。
また、イベントとかではないけれど、みんなと交流している間にできた小さな思い出、けれど私にとっては大きな大切な思い出もいっぱいあります。
　残り２日となったこのプログラム。あと２日しかない、ではなく、まだ２日もある！とプラス思考でみんなとたくさんの思い出をつくり、更に多くのことを学び、充実した２日間を過ごしたいと思います。

　最後にこの素晴らしいプログラムを提供してくれた内閣府、私達を支えてくれたスタッフのみなさん、このプログラムに参加させてくれたお父さん、お母さん、そして一緒にこの１７日間を過ごしてきた参加者、大好きな大切な仲間、本当に本当にありがとうございます！みんな大好き♥

　アジア青年の家のプログラム、今日で１７日が過ぎました。
　一番の思い出は伊江島民宿です。たった一泊でしたが、本当の家族のように接してくれたり、観光をさせてくれたり、すばらしい一日を過ごせました。
　何よりもこのプログラムで、私が一番嬉しく思うのは、Safira, Laira, Yui, Nagisa, Morochika, Phou, Junpei, Chi, Asukaと同じグループ８ってことです。約２０日間の長いプログラムで楽しめているのは、グループのみなさんのお陰と思います。チューターやコーディネーターさんにも感謝です。

　私はこのプログラムで沢山気付く事が出来ました。自分の英語力のなさ、コミュニケーションの大切さ、人の優しさ、一緒に頑張る仲間の大切さ。苦しんだ事もあったけど、失ったものは何一つありません。沢山、得る事ができました。あと２日間、精一杯楽しみたいです。

　「ちゃんとコミュニケーションとれるかな？」と思いながら参加したこのプログラムも、もう３週間がたちました。心配していたコミュニケーションもちゃんととることができました。けれどもレクチャーは、あまり理解できませんでした。しかし、食事の時や、ハーリー、シュノーケリングもグループみんなで楽しむことができました。
　はじめはとても長いと感じていたこのプログラムも気づけば、残り２日になってしまいました。

　この残りの２日間を充実したものにし、みんなとの思い出をたくさん作りたいと思っています。

  Today we had two lectures regarding to water related problems.
  The first lecture was about the coral reefs and the development of an environmentally friendly organic fertilizer. During this lecture, we learned that coral reefs are endangered and they will be diminished. At the same time, we learned that organic fertilizer should be used as it contains more nutrients and better than the chemical fertilizer.
  In the afternoon, we reached the pacific Hotel, Okinawa and we had a lecture entitled Purifying Water at Global.
  Mr. Oda told us that he had been to Bangladesh, Mexico and India to help the people who face the contaminated water problems. By adding "PGα21Ca", the dirt particles will coagulate and the water will become clearer and cleaner. He also made the experiments and everyone was shocked and impressed with the results. The muddy water become cleaner after the "PCα21Ca".
  Hence, all the participants of the Asian Youth Exchange Program 2010 in Okinawa learned that we should "Think Globally, Act Locally" in order to solve the water related problems now.

  Today is my turn for Haisai diary: so excited！
  I began my day with a big smile and a delicious breakfast.
  Before the lectures, we had free time. But it not time for surfing internet or chatting anymore. Everyone was busy preparing and completing the last things for the declaration and closing ceremony. How serious it is！！！
  The first lecture was about coral and its global affections with a professor from OIST.
  We had a wonderful lecture full of coral, coral world from video, coral index, information from power point slide… We had had a coral tour before at Tokashiki Island and today, we really know in detail about coral.
  The second lecture was about the development of an environmentally friendly organic fertilizer. I realized that not only does the industry harm the environment but he agriculture also do it especially pollute the underground water what caused babies death！ Then what a good solution this project of organic fertilizer is！ It has completely solved this serious problem and I hope that they can develop this project better and better.
  After lunch AYEPO moved to Naha city. Here we had a lecture about Purifying Water technology of Mr. ODA. What an amazing lecture！ We directly experienced how this technology works and I am really happy that we now have a great solution for dirty water problem in some countries like Bangladesh. My great gratitude for Mr. ODA！
  And then, free time again and I am go crazy with the hard pressure of the closing ceremony coming！！！ My performance committee was completing the song "We are the Worlds" and practice for MCs and Speakers.
  Tonight we said goodbye with Ai, a good singer and Sanshin player. She has to leave early because of her health. Everyone gave her a warm song and too much teardrops…I know this situation can be more at the closing ceremony. Only 2 days left, sad and happy at the same time…
  I know everyone is very sad but we have no more time to prepare for the declaration. Good luck every one. Let's try our best. I know we can do it!
